Booking and order information: name, email, phone number, pickup and delivery details, party size, and order contents, when you book a tour, buy merchandise, or contact us.
Payment information: payments are processed by our providers (such as Stripe and FareHarbor). We receive confirmation and limited details (such as card type and last digits) and do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Messages: the content of emails, form submissions, and messages you send us through our channels (including WhatsApp Business), so we can answer and run your booking.
Technical information: device, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through standard site analytics and cookies, used to keep the Site working and understand which pages help visitors.
To take and manage bookings and orders; to communicate about your booking, including pickup coordination; to provide support; to improve the Site and our services; to send marketing messages only where you have opted in or where the law allows, always with an unsubscribe path; and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We share information only as needed to run the business: with payment processors, booking platforms, and the partners delivering your service (for example, the hotel or driver for your tour, who receive the details needed for your booking); with service providers who host the Site, email, and analytics under contract; and when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
Booking and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages are kept as long as needed for support and business records. You may ask us to delete personal information that we are not required to keep (see Section 6).
