Last updated: November 2026. AVIVAA ENTERPRISES LLC ("Avivaa," "we," "us") provides tours, travel services, events, and merchandise through avivaaenterprises.com (the "Site"). By booking, buying, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Tour and travel services in Haiti, event tickets and services, and physical merchandise, as described on the Site at the time of your order. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith; minor variations in vehicles, routes, and venues may occur for safety, weather, or operational reasons, and we will tell you about material changes as early as we can.
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when we send confirmation to the contact details you provided. Payments are processed through our payment providers (including Stripe and FareHarbor). We never ask you to send card details by email, text, or social media message. Prices marked as special offers apply only within their stated dates and conditions.
Unless a specific package expressly says so in writing, flights are not included in our prices. Services may be delivered with the help of independent partners (hotels, venues, drivers, platforms). Partner terms may also apply to your booking.
Cancellations 7 or more days before the service date receive a full refund. Cancellations from 72 hours to 7 days before the service date receive your choice of a 50% refund or a full credit. Inside 72 hours, you receive a full credit only, no cash refund. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original service date. You may also move your booking to a new date once, free of charge, with at least 72 hours notice. If you do not show up for a booked service, there is no refund or credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Merchandise returns follow the store policy shown at checkout.
If we must cancel a service, you may choose a full refund or a credit of the same value. If weather, safety, or conditions beyond our control require changes, we will offer the closest reasonable alternative.
You are responsible for: accurate booking information; valid travel documents, including passports and any visas; arriving at the stated pickup point on time; and following safety instructions from our team during activities. Tour activities involve outdoor and off-road elements and carry ordinary inherent risks, which you accept by participating.
Title and risk pass on delivery. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will repair, replace, or refund as the store policy at checkout provides.
The Site's content, the AVIVAA name and logo, and our photos and videos belong to Avivaa or its licensors. You may not use them commercially without written permission. Content you send us for a booking or event (for example, photos you ask us to print) remains yours; you give us permission to use it for that purpose.
Do not use the Site to break the law, infringe rights, attempt to access systems without authorization, or submit false bookings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avivaa's liability for any claim arising from a booking or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service or item. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different mandatory right.
